Questions about pricing
How is the fee per order calculated?
From the order value of your online orders without deposit. The rate applies as it stands in your plan when the order is placed. If you refund an order, its fee is taken off again. It is billed every month.
What does online payment cost me on top?
Online payments run through your own Stripe account. Stripe bills its fees directly to you. Ordeyo earns nothing on them.
Is the SSL certificate really included?
Yes. Your shop always runs over HTTPS, on your Ordeyo address as well as on your own domain. The certificate is issued and renewed by itself.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, up to five domains per shop. You connect a domain you already own, for example order.yourrestaurant.at, as your own order page or as your main site.
Can I change my plan?
Any time. A higher plan applies at once, and the unused part of your current plan is credited. A lower plan applies from your next renewal.
How do I pay Ordeyo?
By SEPA direct debit. You get an invoice every month; on the yearly plan the fixed price for the year is collected in advance.
What happens after the 30 days?
You choose a plan and set up your account for the direct debit. Without a plan your shop takes no orders, and your data stays.
Are there setup fees?
No. You set up your shop yourself, and the checklist in the dashboard leads you through every step.
