With online payment the amount is only reserved when ordering. It is charged when you accept. If you decline, the reservation is released and your customer pays nothing.

Refund from the dashboard.
Refund an online payment in one click. The status shows you when Stripe has confirmed the refund. Ordeyo’s share for that order is credited back to you.
